"Matrix of Servant Leadership: Insight and Focus Institute (IFI), is a non-profit organization that promotes biblical principles and values. It is a professional educational institution which is committed, and dedicated to individuals with a heart to serve others through disciplined biblical and practical teachings. Teachings which give hope for transformation and encouragement to individuals who desire their lives to reflect the image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

 

IFI was established in 2020 and is a dedicated mission-minded commission to make disciples who are confident in who they are in Christ. Our instructors and participants are encouraged to seek God with all of their heart through our two-year program of learning, growing, developing, maturing, and becoming empowered through module sessions which include both inward and outward growth. Wholeness and healing take place when the whole person, body, soul, and spirit is addressed as being one, made in the image of God. IFI gives a wide berth to that which is holy and righteous to the advancement of the Kingdom of God through servant leadership that reflects the greatest leader that ever lived on earth... the Lord Jesus Christ!”
